FanSee: New Action Mode to Streamline Operations Efficiency

Launched in 2023, FanSee has quickly become one of our most popular products, trusted by teams and venues around the world to elevate fan engagement by allowing fans to lean in and become part of the event. With FanSee, fans can take the spotlight by simply scanning a QR code with their mobile phones to start a live video stream, which can be instantly featured on the video display. It’s an easy way to engage fans throughout the venue and create memorable event experiences.

To make this product even better, we’ve added the new Action Mode feature, designed to streamline operations and simplify managing and outputting live fan content.

What’s New?

✅ Increased Feed Capacity: View up to 18 live feeds (plus the preview window) simultaneously.
✅ Auto Refresh: Set the refresh rate to update automatically or use the manual refresh button.
✅ Effortless Navigation: Feeds update in real-time, keeping the experience smooth and efficient.
✅ Customization Options: Adjust the auto-refresh timing in design settings (minimum: 15 seconds).
✅ Fan Interaction Tools: You can still favorite fans and reward participants within Action Mode.

How It Works

• Action Mode is off by default when launching a new FanSee instance; you will need to toggle it on when you're ready to use it.
• Anyone currently featured or 'live' will remain on-screen during refreshes for a seamless display output.
• If a fan is featured live and then goes offline, they will still be included in the random display rotation like any other scanned-in fan.
