CUE Helps Entertain Fans at the 75th San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo
The San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo, one of the region's largest events, celebrated its 75th anniversary from February 8-25, with CUE significantly enhancing fan engagement. Approximately 12,784 fans interacted on its digital platform, ensuring attendees remained engaged and active throughout the event.
CUE spearheaded several engaging and interactive experiences for rodeo enthusiasts throughout the event. Circle K sponsored a "Guess the Score," game which allowed fans to predict the riders' scores from their phones. Winners from each round received a $250 gas card, while all participants enjoyed a refreshing Polar Pop.
Ford, also a major sponsor of the event, contributed to the excitement by incorporating a unique digital game called "Tug of War." Fans could choose a side, scan a code to participate, and use their phone screens to "power" their truck while witnessing the action unfold on the video display.
In collaboration with Baptist Health System, CUE further fostered the rodeo spirit by featuring fans on the video display adorned with cowboy hats, bandanas, and mustache filters. Additionally, themed filters were integrated to commemorate Valentine's Day.
"We are thrilled to have been part of the historic 75th anniversary celebration of the San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo," said Courtney Daniel, Account Services at CUE, who provided on-site support. This marks our second year working with the San Antonio Rodeo, and we're proud to continue our collaboration with such a prestigious event."
Reflecting on the event's success, Chris Derby, San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo's Chief Marketing Officer remarked, "The products and support from CUE played a pivotal role in making the San Antonio Rodeo a success. Their interactive games and features added a new dimension of fun for attendees and great brand engagement for our partners."
